Our work force operation procedures is to make sure that each and every member of the company has access to continued education in WHIMS, health and safety, leadership seminars and computer skills. We are constatnly striving to make the company motive come to life by changing the future of cleaning. We intend to imporve and innovate cleaning procedures by taking stress off labourers and implementing more controlled machineries and automated practices.

2012
A plan was created, A Goal was set, to become a new generation of industry cleaners that optimized every process and cleaning style to show the best results in the most effective way.2010
In the midst of managing hundreds of cleaning contracts, an opportunity rose and the initial foundation of MJM Janitorial Services was built.2006
A group of like minded individuals set out into the cleaning industry, learning and absorbing what cleaning meant to the city of Toronto.
